Bookworm, in collaboration with The International Centre Goa and Goa Writers, presents Young GALF 2026 - two dynamic days of author interactions, workshops, quizzes and creative sessions for children. For over a decade, Young GALF has made literature festivals accessible and engaging for young readers.
This year’s theme, “India: Lived, Layered and Evolving,” brings writers including Easterine Kire, Jerry Pinto, Rakhshanda Jalil, Sandip Roy, Sowmiya Ashok, Keshava Guha and more into direct conversation with children. Each afternoon begins with an open literature quiz with prizes to be won.
Highlights include workshops and live preamble screen-printing by the Bangalore-based collective Reclaim Constitution. Local bookstores Literati, The Dogears and Burrow will be present on both days.
