Tanya Mendonsa, ex-Moira (now in the Nilgiris) will be in Goa this month (November), to do a launch at Literati on 18th Nov,  for her second memoir, " A Bite in Time : Cooking with Memories".
The book is about her mother and myself, but especially her Goan recipes (from her most successful  cookbook, The Best of Goan Cooking, which run like a thread thoughout the book, which travels through many countries, she says.
