Can I get the XCHR to sent it to my address in Goa if I tell my sister to send for whatever is the cost of the book and mailing?

If so, I could get the email of the person at the Institute handling mail orders and the total amount to be sent to the person or to the bank account of the Institute/

I can then send my Goa address.

Unlikely. XCHR only hosted the launch.
Try at bookshops -- Golden Heart (Margao), or DogEars.etc (also Margao), Broadway (Panjim) or Varsha (also Panjim).
