WOD:
“Annie”
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 rep rounds of:
Double Unders
Abmat Sit-ups

Based on the search of my archives for my previous "Annie" times, looks like this is my first sub 11 "Annie", hence a PR today! This includes time for removing both my shoes, putting them back on and tying lace on one.
