Barbell Facing Burpees x 20
Perform burpee, then jump across loaded barbell, turn around, perform
burpee, and repeat jump across bar
WOD
One minute on, one minute off for 10 minutes of:
Perform 50 Air Squats in a minute
Each round that you don't get in 50 air squats is a penalty. Penalty
at the end is 1 minute of handstand hold for each round failed.
