AMRAP in 20 minutes of:
1-3-5 rep rounds of:
HSPU
dips
strict pull-ups
So in other words, one full round consists of 1 rep of each element,
then 3 of each, then five of each. Brian and I both decided to do ring
dips instead of straight dips. He went unassisted on everything; I
used bands. (Although I *did* manage to get all of my pull-ups on my
first round unassisted!)
