Warm Up:
1 Round:
Single Unders x 100
Double Unders x 20
PVC OHS x 20
Lunge Steps x 20

For 10 minutes:
In 30 seconds, perform 25 Wall touches 1 foot above arm reach
In 30 seconds, perform 10 split jumps

For each failed set, perform 1 minute of Plank Holds
