CROSSFIT GAMES 2008.

Games will begin promptly at 1100 Saturday Aug. 2nd. All workouts are
for time. Therefore the person with the lowest time will be the
overall winner. We will have both male and female divisions. Due to
many absences in the PM team the games will be more individual.
Regardless, I know everyone will have the same amount of competitive
spirit and motivation.

Everyone should weigh in within 2 days before the games in order to
determine Deadlift weight. Everyone should bring water. If you have
any questions please post them below.

WOD=1

Karen (150 wall ball shots for time)

WOD=2

21-15-9
Deadlift (body weight)
Burpees
Pull-ups


Final event:
Wildcard (will be revealed at a later time)

Haven't I been saying "This Marine is gonna be bad news" ever since
the first day I met him? Gotta love him though.
