This is the first running I've done since injuring my knee in mid-
January and suffering a mysterious ailment which left me doubled over
in the bathroom for nearly half an hour after any running or rowing.
So I took it really slow-- set the treadmill to 6 mph and could still
hold conversations on it on round 5-- and lightened my load when 65
got to be too much of a hemorrhoid halfway through round 2. But hey, I
finished it, right?
