Shoulder press, 21 reps (guys use 95 lb, gals use 55 lb)
Run 800 meters

I'm back on the all-lower-body diet thanks to this stupid wrist, so I
did four rounds of 400 meter run/50 air squats. My time was exactly
what it was last time I did it almost exactly one year ago-- 15:39.
