uh, have you ever done 300 swings for time... my god, I coudln't hold
onto my hair brush for a WEEK!

How 'bout five rounds of row 1000 meters/30 KB swings? That's what
John did today instead of running, as he's having knee issues right
now. Byron wore out a treadmill, and the two of them left seriously
righteous sweat angels on the short track after their ordeal.
