OHS x 5 hands at "pressing position distance"
OHS x 5 hands together
OHS x 5 hands wide, feet together
then
Warm up to WOD weight w/ OHS x 5, 5
WOD:
5 rounds of:
OHS x 15 (135, 95)
Pushups x 30
