100 alternating feet Jump rope singles
Farmers carry 4 lengths of track with 60's/40's
then 2 rounds of:
Jumping Pullups x 20
Situp x 10

WOD:
“Lynne”
5 rounds for max reps of:
Bench Press x Body Weight
Pullups

There is no time component. Rest as needed.
