3-6-9-12-15 rep rounds of Sumo deadlift High Pull (Guys use 95 lb,
Gals use 65 lb)
Alternate with
15-12-9-6-3. Ring dip (or scaled version)

Everyone enjoyed this fun little sprinter this morning and agreed that
it was a great way to finish the week and start the snowy weekend!
This was the first time Brian and Amanda did ring dips during a WOD.
Amanda used a band, and although Brian had one standing by, he never
needed it. Terry did banded straight dips; I did banded ring dips.

Amanda 6:17* (28kg KB; band)
Brian 6:17
Terry 6:25* (75#; band)
Sally 5:32* (band)

For the record, Mr. Adams would like the world to know that he beat
Ms. McClanahan by roughly a quarter of a second.
