v.io - Interesting ideas

It looks like "v.io" is more public now. It has some interesting ideas as they relate to go packages.

One file restricts which imports paths are allowed, another checks the API for breaking changes.

Another interesting datapoint is fuchsia's go packages structure. They choose to have a local "project" build style that includes a src directory.
