Go-kit implement new transport protocol

Hi all,

I'm interested in developing microservices which use a new transport protocol based on UDP, spefically, i want integrate CoAP (Constrained Application Protocol) as new transport protocol.

Where I should start? It's possible or it's an hard feature to realize? I'm still a beginner, I've started using go-kit two weeks ago.
