Authenticating with SAML SSO

I would love to use this library to interact with my company's GitHub Enterprise. We use SAML SSO for authentication. I noticed here that authenticating for the APIs is different when SAML SSO is used. I tried to use the oauth2 library to authenticate with my API token, but I am getting 406 status codes. I assume that this method of authentication will not work. Is it possible to use go-github with SAML SSO?
