Critical GO-Elite version 1.1.9 bug fixes

As was recently brought to my attention, there were two critical bugs in the
latest version of GO-Elite that were missed during pre-release testing.
These are:
1) Failure to create the GO-Elite gene_association directory when selecting
a non-default output directory
2) GO-Elite muckying up the standard OBO summary files when importing a
previously run OBO build.

These two issues have been addressed and currently the program tests fine an
Mac and PC using standard parameters. To update,

1) go to: http://www.genmapp.org/go_elite
2) re-download the installer
3) uninstall GO-Elite version 1.1.9 (windows) and/or delete the program
folder on your hard-drive.
4) Re-install the application.

If you built new database files, make sure to copy these to another
directory and then replace them in the new version.

Please report any issues that may arise. Also note that existing users
should now be able to post reports or send emails to this list without prior
approval.
