Permission changes on GO-Elite postings

FYI, the GO-Elite google group was being seriously spammed
and hacked the last two weeks (several junk posting), that
included replacing all the hyperlinks on our website, so
now all postings require the administrators to approve a
message or add new members.

The down side of this is that if I'm not online for a
period, posting can get delayed (which is what happened
this last week), thus, I will make you an administrator if
you would like (email nsalo...@gladstone.ucsf.edu). The
side effect is that you will recieve any requests for new
google groups members and messages.
