GO-Elite 1.2

Hello,

 

I've updated to GO-Elite version 1.2 beta and am putting in some data from Affymetrix mouse 430 microarrays.  My data list and the denominator list which is attached match; I checked them by VLOOKUP.  However I keep getting an error message, also attached, which says my gene lists and denominator don't match.  Does anyone know the reason for this?

 

I'm also not getting any MAPPFinder folder when I use data from other microarrays.  Is this called something else now or have I failed to download the MAPPFinder database and if so how do I get this?
