Feature suggestion: testing combinations of GO terms

I ran across this software called ProfCom (actually, they spammed me), and it does one thing in particular that might be easy to implement in GO-Elite. They combine GO terms using basic boolean operators (AND, OR, NOT) to come up with more specialized terms as the output of gene enrichment analysis. So, for example, instead of just saying “Cell Cycle genes”, they could say,  “Cell Cycle AND  calcium-ion binding EXCLUDING   NGF signaling   genes”. That’s kinda cool.  Here’s more on how they combine terms in their analysis:
