Supporting gollvm compiler

Hi.

I was able to build this project and run some tests, while using https://go.googlesource.com/gollvm/ .

I am working on Ubuntu 20.04 x86_64.

I am curious if it is possible to involve GCP resources in build automation of gollvm ("release", "debug" builds) and use pre-built binaries/libraries for releasing Linux packages (Ubuntu/Debian; Fedora/CentOS/RHEL; OpenSUSE).
