Multiple builds in a single pipeline at the same time

Hello all, 

I found this thread https://github.com/gocd/gocd/issues/2329.

Has this been implemented.

I have a use case for this for gocd github pull request builder. https://github.com/ashwanthkumar/gocd-build-github-pull-requests

It would be great if we could run multiple instances of the job at the same time.

Does anyone have any update on this how can it be enabled?
