Disable automatic pipeline scheduling as default

We're operating GoCD as a Platform to enable other Teams to execute activities on their own. Many Teams use it to deploy Applications. Furthermore, we offer a repository with deployment related scripts.

Currently, every Team needs to disable this "Automatic pipeline scheduling" option when creating a new deployment pipeline, to avoid a pipeline starts when we update our repository with deployment related scripts.

Is there any chance to disable this scheduling by default when creating new pipelines?
