GOCD ECS elastic plugin is not assigning in ecs instance

Hi All, 

GoCD server elastic agent was working fine till evening, all of a sudden we are getting a error like "Skipping current create agent request" instance is creating and adding into cluster but container is not creating in it and pipelines are not running. 

GOCD version:

23.4.0 (17731-4deb96d823b921419680560be080588e900d406e).

ECS plugin version: 

GoCD Elastic Agent Plugin for Amazon ECS

Error:

  The plugin sent a response that could not be understood by Go. Plugin returned with code '500' and the following response: 'Failed to handle request stage-status due to:You must configure the GoCD Server Base URL; it must not be null or blank'

And what did you do to try and resolve it or to check further your configuration?

Anyway, use the latest version of the plugin for a start, it's not possible to support old versions. AWS change their APIs, SDKs and services too quickly. https://github.com/gocd/gocd-ecs-elastic-agent/releases/tag/v7.4.1-699

If that doesn't work, double check your role permissions against the docs.

Otherwise look at the plugin-specific logs for more detail, not just the server or job logs.
