hello，i installled gocd，gocd adds users through the ldap plugin but does not display ROLES

Are you using the built-in LDAP authentication plugin or the separately installed LDAP authorization plugin?  What's your role configuration for the plugin in Role Management?

Only the authorization plugin allows you to automatically map LDAP groups to GoCD roles: https://github.com/gocd/gocd-ldap-authorization-plugin/blob/master/docs/PLUGIN_ROLE_CONFIGURATION.md
