Empty agent list after Windows installation

I'm new to GoCD. I followed the installation guide for Server and Agent. Yet, when I go to the Agents tab, there are no rows -- and no visible way of creating one. I've tried the uninstall/re-install route with no success. Any ideas about how to create or install an agent?

Hi John,

If there are no rows on the Agents tab, that suggests that the Agent is not able to register itself with the server.

I recommend reviewing the Agent logs to identify the issue.
