Issue with Resource Group name and Virtual Network ID for Elastic Agent Plugin settings

When setting up the plugin settings. I can get every thing to pass except these two items. 

Resource group name - I input just the name of our resource group in one of our subscription in our Azure account. Without revealing information assume the resource group is named rg-goagents-dev. In this field I just enter rg-goagents-dev

Virtual Network ID - In input the full id string /subscriptions/<subscription number>/resourceGroups/rg-goagents-dev/providers/Microsoft.Network/virtualNetworks/vnet-goagents-dev-east-001

The plugin settings do not seem to accept this information. Is it somehow formatted incorrectly or is there something I need to do elsewhere for this to work?
