Cannot add another agent to gocd-server

Hello everyone.
I'm currently facing with a problem that doesn't allow me to add another go-agent to my go-server.
I've made all the steps, required for adding new agent, pointed it's serverUrl to ip of go-server, system process on my agent's PC started well, but I cannot see it from "Agents tab".
Does anyone know what kind of a problem it might be ?
go-server & go-agent versions are 20.7.0.

Well, the problem somehow was fixed by reinstallation.
