If the GoCD server goes offline while there are active jobs on the agents. What happens to those jobs?
If the GoCD server comes back online/a new server is deployed/failed over to, what's the behavior? Does the server pick up orchestrating pipelines from where the previous master left off without disruption to the active jobs?

If the server dies and a replacement is set up (or if server is intentionally shutdown and brought back), the jobs that were running but incomplete should start up again and run. Note that it probably won’t pick up a task where it left off, but start that job afresh, possibly with a different agent depending on your agent pool.
