Pipelines with manual trigger only?

Hi everyone,

In our workflow we need few pipelines to be triggered manually only (preceding step requires a lot of manual assessment, so there is no way to automate it as of now).

I couldn't find the way to configure pipeline to use manual triggering only - there is always material needs to be configured.

There is a workaround to create a pipeline with always failed state and configure pipeline material by specifying it but it doesn't seem to be a proper way.

Am I missing something and it is possible?
