to go-cd

I keep getting this error when im trying to add a pipeline from an existing bitbucket repository.
I havent found an answer yet adding my usernamen and password doesnt work.

The go server executes git commands to know if there are any new materials. As such users are expected to have git installed and on the path.

What OS is your server and agent running on. Did you install git? On Windows you may have to restart the server and agent process after installing git.

git is installed. Its installed on windows. How do you get git on the path ?

You have to put it in your environment variable path in windows. Watch the video i linked below from minute 2 till 3ish and you should get it working.

Hi,

I m receiving the error :

Failed to find 'git' on your PATH. Please ensure 'git' is executable by the Go Server and on the Go Agents where this material will be used.

Followed the below steps:

Installed Git.

Navigated to the path as mentioned in the video.

Have restarted the Goserver and Goagent.

But still the same error is there something else which needs to be done.

And would like to know if need to install any plugins for Github.
