Help needed with logstash-logback-encoder

Hi

Following these instructions, I've downloaded the source code for logstash-logback-encoder, created jar files (described here) and copied them to the goserver\lib dir (on a Windows server). I've added a logback-include.xml file (Identical to the one on the instructions, just with a different IP in the destination) into the goserver\config dir. When I start the service, I get this error (log file attached):

ERROR in ch.qos.logback.core.joran.action.AppenderAction - Could not create an Appender of type [net.logstash.logback.appender.LogstashTcpSocketAppender]. ch.qos.logback.core.util.DynamicClassLoadingException: Failed to instantiate type net.logstash.logback.appender.LogstashTcpSocketAppender

Does anyone know where I'm going wrong? Are there any downloadable versions of the jar files?

Do you have a stacktrace of the error? What jars did you copy to the lib dir?

I don't have a stacktrace, but if you could point me in the direction of some instructions to get you what you need I can try and get one for you.

I can't attach the jar file as it throws an error when I try an post the message. I've copied a file called logstash-logback-encoder.jar to the lib dir. The jar file contains other jar files (see list below), I've tried copying them into the lib dir separately as well as not putting them in there but it makes no difference. I've tried both v5.2 and 4.11 of logstash-logback-encoder.
