I'll guess he plays. Too much hype to not do it. Nothing like a must-get-points game vs TBL to kick things off. 😉

More interesting will be where he's slotted and in for whom. I'd guess 3rd line w/ Minten & Khusnutdinov. Steeves out.

Hagens will not play against TB. Sturm said that he doesn't want to put Hagens in a position where he might fail.

I guess I understand the thought process. But if he doesn't play against Columbus either, does that send the wrong message?

Or does Marco or whoever makes these decisions think that he is less likely to fail in the playoffs?
