关于错误Can't find fpga bitstream: std_inband.rbf

运行OpenBTS里面apps下面的OpenBTS的时候如下错误：

Can't find fpga bitstream: std_inband.rbf

我已经把这个文件放到工作目录下了，还是这么提示。

请问这是什么问题？
