Is there any completely "free" Social Bookmarking service available?

Hello there,

I've been using del.cio.us for so-called Social Bookmarking, but
obviously its source code behind the service is not available
publicly. There are several alternatives to del.cio.us, but AFAIK
most of them are somewhat proprietary a la del.cio.us.

Is there any good SBM service which codes behind it consist of only
Free Software? (AGPL'd prefered, but GPL'd should be okay for now) I
appreciate your input.
