Library /usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Libraries not found

I succesfully installed GNUstep core from source with  svn co http://svn.gna.org/svn/gnustep/modules/core .   In the core/make/GNUstep-HOWTO file that appeared in my working directory, it said to add  /usr/GNUstep/System/Library/Libraries into my ld.so.conf ; first I checked out that folder, and it wasn't there.

Pls check /usr/lib/GNUstep

will eat all system resources and cause system crash

Also, all the gui app cannot run (segment fault)

I'm talking about the current revision.
