Groups relating to autoconf

Would it be useful to have additional groups here for autoconf related
topics?

For example:

gnu.autoconf - the autoconf suite
gnu.autoconf.m4sugar - m4sugar related topics

How would I go about creating such groups? (I am on usenet, if that
matters.)
