gcc build: skip stage 3?

I've been doing a lot of repeated builds of gcc lately.
I'd reaaaally like it to just stop at stage2 and install from there, instead of redundantly building stage3. I could have saved hours of my life.
Oddly, google doesnt seem to turn anything up.
Can someone tell if if there is a clean way to do this?
