customize menu for vm-forwarding-digest-type value choices

Evaluation of

(customize-variable 'vm-forwarding-digest-type)

gives me a buffer which says:

Legal values of this variable are:

"rfc934"
"rfc1153"
"mime"
nil

however, the "[Value Menu]" widget does not offer the option of 'nil
and 'nil cannot be entered directly.

According to "vm-version.el" I am using version 7.19. I haven't yet
been motivated to change to a newer version. The package index says

* vm 8.07 7.25 An Emacs mailer.

So I could easily upgrade.

I suspect that the experience that I am reporting wouldn't be affected
by upgrading.

My xemacs version is

XEmacs 21.4 (patch 21) "Educational Television" [Lucid] (i586-pc-
win32) of Sun Oct 07 2007 on VSHELTON-PC2

Vow, you are lucky to get all your mail in plain text so you can
forward it without decoding!

I don't think this option ever got used much. But we will fix it
whenever we get a chance.

This problem doesn't exist in the current version.
