VM, PGP, Perl 5.0

Sorry if this is a little out of band, but could someone please
direct me to a full explanation how to implement PGP and then use it
with VM? Since I installed Perl 5.0, XEmacs/PGP combo has stopped
working for me.

RTFM response are fine, as long as the 'M' is clearly identified :-)
