VM manual

Dear all, One of the things I had been doing over the last couple of
years is to update the VM manual you find on info. The version
8.1.0-beta has these updates. So, please feel free to browse through it.

VM's MIME configuration is a bit involved and I always used to cringe
having to look at the manual to figure out something. But the
reorganized section reads much better to me. If you read the section
from the beginning to end, it all seems to make perfect sense! All
the configuration variables are set in context and you know what each
of them is for.

Please let me know if anything is not clear or needs updating. One of
VM's strengths is its well-written manual.
