a. In EMACS RMAIL, how do you filter commercial mail
from something called virtumundo, separating it to
another file for double checking and then for
deleting?... How can you be certain that in the
algorithm the string you use won't ever be
coincidentally a part of incoming mail that you
wouldn't want filtered?...
b. How can you give priorty to your favorite
correspondents so that their sends go to the top
of the stack of messages, or go to a priority file
of messages, or are marked with graphical emphasis
like enbolding, or are colorized, or ...?

AFAIK, RMAIL does not do filtering at all. You have to do it outside
of RMAIL.
Gnus and VM are two Emacs mailreaders that do provide filtering.
