comp.emacs is good. Also, get the emacs-lisp-intro and emacs-lisp
manuals from http://www.gnu.org. Download them in info format, and
then you can install them and read them within emacs.

Recently, I did a bit more elisp programming and so I took
GNU Emacs Lisp Reference Manual
and generated some indexes + search engine for it (in HTML).
