bug#14451: 24.3.50; ede.info, bovine.info has no index entries

Typing `i' while in ede manual ends with

Info-goto-index: No index

Atleast the commands and variables needs be indexed.

Same problem exists for bovine.info.

In GNU Emacs 24.3.50.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 2.20.1)
