IDE for GNU fortran

Is there a good free IDE for GNU fortran? Plato is good but WAY too expensive

I've found Force but it may be dead.

Scite is an editor, not an IDE. I use Crimson Editor which can access external editors but an IDE does much more.

sorry if it wasn't helpful. I usually use SciTE with Fortran files, compiling and showing outputs. Maybe it is not fit for the task you are looking for.

Geany is useful if you use windows 10 or Unix.
