Leakage in fifth floor lobby

We checked your flat no 602 by opening it with duplicate keys in presence of mr pathik 

Found no visible signs of leakage above the floor or tiles and from the taps ,We checked Kitchen, master bedroom side attached bathroom and balcony.

There is a possibility of pipe busting inside the RCC .which can be located by inspecting the 502 flat and also required  breaking of floor and tiles in your kitchen and bathroom.

For precautionary measure we have stopped the water supply of Kitchen and Bathroom.of your flat . This might help in subsidising the heavy dripping in the 5 th floor lobby.

We requested you to locate and rectify the leakage ASAP.And also don't resume the water supply of your  kitchen and Bathroom before rectification work.

Material is being arranged through Ashirvad UPVC manufacturer ASTM schedule 80 as per advice from Experts.  Plumbers are the same who rectified it temporarily last time. Total estimate of expenses would be around Rs 35 to 40K

Kindly assist the plumbers at respective floors to expedite the project.

How to know that leakages from our flat pipes? This is all assumptions and if we have to carry out who will bear the cost? 

Please clarify before any damages to house happens.
