Minutes of the MC meeting held on 29/01/16.

Dear All,

A MC meeting was held yesterday 29/01/16 in society office at 9:30pm

Members present were:

Kamal Rungta,

Nitin Vijayvergia 

Lata Awasthi 

1.Following accounts related works have been done.

•Cheques for electricity bill and Auditor's payment have been released .

• Process of opening of Savings/FDR bank account in  Co-operative Bank (as resolved earlier ) has been initiated.

•Members observed that some accounting details related to lobby  beautification is still pending with Mrs Seema Rungta.Mrs Awasthi shall co-ordinate with Mrs Rungta and close this account.

2. Mrs Awasthi  informed about the copy of addendum received regarding up gradation and infrastructure sharing arrangement from Indus Tower. Indus has also informed about additional amount payment ,however accountant has to confirm the same from the bank.

3.Mr Rungta has informed about his inability to continue as MC member.Members discussed the all possibilities and decided to call an EGM  for further course of action.

There were no other points to discuss, meeting dispersed
