CLEANING OF Car PARKING PLACES  PRIOR TO DIWALI

1.       It is proposed to clean the parking spaces of each building prior to Diwali.  Schedule is given in succeeding paragraphs.

2.       17 Oct 2016, Monday.  A9/A8  buildings and parking in front.  

3.       18 Oct 2016. Tuesday.  A7/A6  buildings and parking in front.

4.       19 Oct 2016. Wednesday.  A5/A4 buildings and parking in front .

5.       20 Oct 2016. Thursday.  A3/A2 buildings.

6.       21 Oct 2016. Friday.   A1 building and Main Gate.

7.       22 Oct 2016. Saturday. Bi/B2 buildings and front parking.

8.       23 Oct 2016. Sunday closed

9.       24 Oct 2016. Monday. S1/S2 buildings and front parking

10.   25 Oct 2016. Tuesday. S5/S6 buildings

11.   26 Oct 2016. Wednesday. S4/S3 buildings and front parking.

12.   27 Oct 2016. Thursday. C2/C1 buildings and front parking.

Notes : 1. Daily timings of cleaning are 09.30 hrs to 13.30 hrs starting with first building i.e. A9/A8 means first building cleaned will be A9 followed by second building A8.

2. Residents are requested to remove their cars from their parking places  for proper cleaning. In case cars are not removed on time, washing will still be carried out to the extent feasible.
