Unauthorised Car Parking

Dear Mr Deshmukh,

As you were already informed that the area where you parked the car beside A7 is reserved for A7 resident’s cycles and two wheelers parking.

Whatever documents and drawings available with us are showing you have allotted parking behind A1.

We are just allowing you for time being on moral ground. You can not be given this space on permanent basis.

We are supporting you both on this issue since beginning and tried at every level to get justice for you both.
You both are aware of the decision taken by A7 general body.
I had previously suggested you both not to leave your claim on the parking space behind A1 untill we would decide something concrete.

Once you have relinquished the claim at the parking space behind A1, neither the Apex nor the parking committee can help with this issue. It now comes under the jurisdiction of the A7 Managing Committee which will decide which new parking space is to be allotted within the A7 premises. This will be discussed in the next Managing Comittee meeting.
